Smoothie recipes are easy to make; step 1 add all ingredients in a blender. Step two, blend until smooth. Here are some of mine.

Dark Blue Magnificence Smoothie

This wild blueberry and banana smoothie are full of antioxidants as well as protein.  Several studies suggest that blueberries and blueberry juice reduce DNA damage, which is a leading driver of aging and cancer.

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 cup spinach

1 cup hemp milk

blended until smooth

 

Chocolate Oatmeal Banana Smoothie.

A touch of sweetness and a healthy dose of vitamin and minerals.

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 cup hemp milk

1 Tbsp real semi-sweet chocolate chip, and a pinch of cinnamon. Blended for a delicious breakfast.

 

*Granny Smith Apple Smoothie.

Apples, Spinach, and banana make a terrific smoothie blended with hemp milk, and a touch of ginger gives a healthy dose of vitamin C and potassium

1 apple cored and chopped

1 cup spinach

½ frozen banana

1 cup hemp milk

A pinch of ginger Blend until smooth

 

*Orange  & Banana Smoothie.

An excellent course of vitamin C, A,  and Potassium

1 Orange, peeled and cut into cubes,

½ frozen banana,

1 Tsp vanilla extract

Blended with almond milk.

*Kiwi & Banana Smoothie

Kiwi. Delicious fruit has an impressive list of vitamin and minerals. It is one of the superfoods because it’s high - antioxidant abilities and immune - boosting power, thanks to the high level of vitamin C and other minerals.

2 frozen kiwi

½  frozen banana

blended with hemp milk

*Strawberry Pineapple & Spinach Smoothie

A delicious smoothie with a high number of vitamins, enzymes, and minerals which are useful for our overall health.

 4 strawberries

½ cup froze pineapple chunks

½ frozen banana

1 cup spinach

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

 

*Peach Joy.

Peaches are delicious and packed with antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.  

Banana, and Strawberries, combined with peach to make this delicious smoothie blended with coconut milk.

2 peaches cut into cubes

½ frozen banana

2 frozen or fresh strawberries

1 cup of coconut milk or milk of your choosing

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

 

*Papaya & Banana Smoothie

Papaya is a real nutritional punch that has potent antioxidant effects, which may reduce oxidative stress and lower your risk for several diseases.

1 cup of papaya cut into cubes

 ½  frozen banana

1 cup hemp milk

blend until smooth.

 

*Pear & Apple Smoothie

Pears are one of the best fruit to eat as part of a healthy diet. They are anti-cancerous mainly due to the abundance of antioxidant like vitamin C and antioxidant compounds in them.

1 pear cut into cubes

1 apple cut into cubes

1 cup almond milk

Blend until smooth. Topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!

 

*Watermelon Smoothie

Watermelon is a nutritious fruit with nutrients. Packed with vitamins A, B6, and C, as well as lycopene, amino acids, antioxidants, and potassium.

2 cups frozen watermelon

½ cup fresh juice orange

½ cup fresh juice grapefruit

Blend until smooth for a nutritious and delicious drink. Enjoy!

 

*Healthy Coffee & Banana Smoothie.

Coffee has a great source of antioxidants.

I am not a coffee drinker, but at times I do have a hot cup of coffee in the winter. This morning, however, I have a taste for coffee, so I’m Making this tasty smoothie. 2 Tbsp. of Tasters Choice House Blend coffee

1 frozen banana

1 cup vanilla hemp milk.

Blend until smooth. A terrific breakfast smoothie. Enjoy!

 

*Apple & Spinach Smoothie

Apples are delicious on its own, combined with spinach and hemp milk give this smoothie a tasty, nutritious drink, loaded with fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants.

1 apple cored and cut into cubes

1 cup spinach

2 tbsp. peanut butter

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of almond milk.

* Kale & Spinach Smoothie

Packed full of vitamins; it’s a challenge to find other plants that could compete with Kale and Spinach in terms of vitamins and minerals they contain.

1 cup spinach

1 cup kale

½ frozen banana

1 cup cashew milk or milk of your choice

A piece of ginger root

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*Blackberry Oatmeal Banana Smoothie

Sweet yet tart blackberries are another favorite of mine, they go well beyond their yummy taste, they have impressive health benefits too. Full of vitamins, and minerals like C, K, fiber, and magnesium.

For this healthy breakfast, I blended

1 cup blackberries

½ frozen banana

¼ cup oatmeal

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of almond milk. Add more liquid if needed.

Blend until smooth. A great smoothie. Enjoy

*Cantaloupe & Banana Smoothie.

Cantaloupe makes this an incredibly nutritious and delicious Smoothie. High in vitamin K, B-6, magnesium, and potassium.

1 cup cantaloupe cubes

½ frozen banana

1 cup almond milk

Blend until smooth for a delicious drink. Enjoy

 

*Mango & Pineapple Smoothie

Tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple have a unique flavor and add a variety of nutrients to your diet. These fruits both are low-calorie, contain vitamins A, E, K, C, and minerals

1 cup frozen mangoes chunks

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup fresh carrot juice

*Red Cabbage & Beet Smoothie

Cabbage is one of the Super Foods for helping to prevent cancer; it also helps the liver rid itself of toxins to avoid this disease. Packed with vitamin C, and various phytonutrients, including flavonoids, indoles, and sulforaphane.

This super nutritious smoothie is my most favorite breakfast drink. Red cabbage, beet, ginger blended with Pomegranate Juice.

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 cup beet chunks

a large piece of ginger root because I love ginger.

1 cup of organic pomegranate juice

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Sparkling Green Detox Smoothie

We should all try to find the best ways to detoxify our bodies naturally and stay healthy.

This smoothie is full of nutrients and antioxidant.

1 frozen banana

½ cup pineapple chunks

1 cup spinach

1 cup arugula

1 celery stalk

Fruit Detox Smoothie

Super delicious fruit smoothie full of nutrients and antioxidant

Apple Berry Detox Smoothie

An excellent start for your day.

1 apple

Sunrise Detox Smoothie

·        1 frozen banana

·        1/2 cup frozen mango

·        1/2 cup pineapple

·        1 cup coconut water

·        Juice of one lemon

Arugula Detox Smoothie

Arugula is an excellent source of antioxidants, which is why it's a great detoxifier. Arugula help improves the defenses of our body against simple and complex illnesses.

 

1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen pineapple

2 cups arugula

Ginger root. I love ginger, so I use a large piece.

It is blended with 1 cup of water.

A delicious smoothie. Enjoy.

 

Spinach Banana Cherry Detox smoothie

Detox smoothies are full of vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients that give your body a detoxifying flush along with water, which helps hydrate your body.

 

2 cups of Spinach

1 Frozen banana

1 cup cherries

2 tbsp. hemp protein powder

1 1/2  cups water
