Cancer is one of the scariest diseases. We are all concerned about our risk of getting cancer. Eating a healthy diet can make a difference in the chance of getting cancer. According to the center for disease eating fruits and vegetables is a good start in avoiding cancer.

Exercise regularly may not only help in avoiding cancer, but it may also help in lowering depression, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and heart disease.

Clean eating may lower your risk of cancer, avoid sweets and process foods. Process foods are not the best food, too much along with sugar can leave a build up on your liver which may not contribute to cancer, but can lead to cirrhosis even if you don’t drink alcohol.

Stress is not good for your body; it drains the immune system which needs to be in top shape to detect and destroy cancer cells.

Regular check-ups may help in detecting and or avoiding cancer. Some cancers are not only treatable but can be curable when detected early.
